UPDATE December 1st the countdown to Santacon and pub crawl route

Hello Santa’s

The countdown has started for Santacon to descend on Edinburgh December 10^th and we are looking for fun jolly Santa’s to join in all the reindeer games. So get your red suit ready and join us for an evening of shenanigans, songs, drinking and games.

We will meet at the Scottish National Gallery, Princess Street for 3:00 pm in the afternoon from there we can stroll through the German Market and warm up by singing some Santa Songs and grabbing a hot toddy. We will head towards the Scott’s Monument and perhaps take a spin around the big wheel.

What is Santacon…?

SantaCon is a not-for-profit, non-political, non-religious & non-logical Santa Claus convention, attended for absolutely no reason.

Get your red suit on and meet up with all the other Santas/Mrs Clause/Elves/ Reindeer and the occasional Grinch for a night, of drinks, laughs, singing and HO HO HOs.

Please Note if the weather is really bad we will start the pub-crawl early. Check back for any updates.

House Rules

To be part of Santacon you must dress as Santa or or any variation of Santa, Elf or Rudolph but it must be full costume not a Santa Hat, not Rudolph Ears, get creative.

Bring Treats to give out (chocolates or candy canes)

Wear layers we will be out and it will be cold

Be a good Santa and be very Jolly to everyone

You must address everyone as Santa
